Contacting the gallery

The contact form collects your name, email address, subject and message so the gallery can respond. These details are required to send the form. Please avoid including sensitive personal information.

We use this information for our legitimate interest in answering inquiries, or to take steps at your request before an agreement. Authorized gallery staff handle the correspondence through our messaging and email services, including Chatwoot and Google Workspace.

Website security and delivery

Vercel hosts the website. Cloudflare delivers images and provides Turnstile bot protection. Upstash supports limits on repeated requests using a hashed network address. These services process technical information, such as network addresses, browser information and request details, to deliver and protect the site. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

Maps, cookies and email

Gallery pages contain Google Maps embeds. Loading these maps connects your browser to Google, which may receive your network address and browser information and use cookies under its own privacy policy.

We do not use advertising or audience-measurement analytics on this brochure website. Technical storage may be used by embedded services and security features. Browser settings let you manage cookies and block external content.

Gallery emails may include an image that records whether the email was opened. This is an approximate signal: image blocking or automatic image loading can affect it. You can disable remote images in your email application.

Storage and international processing

Correspondence is kept for handling your inquiry and necessary follow-up, and where needed to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Technical records are kept for service operation and security. You can request deletion of information that is no longer needed.

Our service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards applicable to your information.
